Job overview

We have a great opportunity to join the Recruitment team as a Resourcing Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Based in Leeds city centre, we offer hybrid working and a great work environment where wellbeing and equity are valued plus a fantastic benefits package including 39 days annual leave! (plus bank holidays)

You will be part of a small team (HOD, 3 partners and 1 co-ordinator) who support hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle and will provide expert guidance in attraction methods, including social media, selection methodologies and onboarding compliance. You will also get the opportunity to lead and support on various projects as we strive to continually improve our service and candidate experience.

This role will require attendance at local events and occasional travel between campuses in West and North Yorkshire.

What You Will Do

  • work closely with hiring managers to ensure there is a diverse pool of candidates
  • actively source candidates and create talent pools
  • support with interviews when required
  • provide training to managers regarding the recruitment process and/or ATS systems
  • analyse internal and external data to ensure that we are competitive and an employer of choice
  • lead and support recruitment projects 
  • ensure that our recruitment processes are always compliant with Keeping Children Safe in Education and Safer Recruitment 

About You

  • degree educated or equivalent
  • have worked in HR and/or recruitment environment
  • demonstrable experience of talent aquisition inc Linkedin and social media
  • working knowledge of ATS and HR systems
  • have delivered training previously either online or in person
  • comfortable analysing data and producing reports
  • understand the importance of safeguarding and compliance in an education environment
