Landon School Harmondsworth (LSH) is a new independent school in the heart of Harmondsworth (West Drayton) that caters to learners aged 5-11 with severe learning difficulties and Autism.

The school is well connected to public transport and is 10 minutes bus ride from the West Drayton Elisabeth line.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the student admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews, and final decisions with both local authorities and parents.

Assist in managing the school's budget and finances, including tuition fees, invoices, and payroll processing.

Manage both outgoing and incoming invoices

Carry out the school compliance policy to ensure that all procedures and reports are completed so that the school complies with all statutory regulations, including health and safety, employment laws, and educational standards.

Maintain student records and data accuracy in accordance with privacy laws.

Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training.

Maintain employee records and manage staff contracts.

Organises the  facilities management contractors to ensure the school’s building and site are well-maintained and safe for all occupants.

Manage supplier relationships and contracts for school services (e.g., cleaning, transportation, security, IT).

Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding administrative matters, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

Manage school events such as parent-teacher conferences and open houses

 

Candidate Profile:

·      Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

·      Proficiency in office management software and school management systems (e.g.,

Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SIS platforms).

·      Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

·      Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance requirements would be an

advantage

·      High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.

·      Strong customer service orientation and conflict-resolution skills.

·      Capacity for independent decision-making.
