Job overview

We are seeking an exceptional School Administrator to join our dedicated administrative team at Kisharon School. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth running of our growing school, supporting our staff, pupils, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and appropriate systems are developed, implemented, and maintained to support the school's practices and procedures
  • Coordinate the annual review process for pupils, liaising with outside agencies and managing arrangements for meetings and events
  • Maintain accurate records and data in line with the school's policies and data protection requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, including managing the school's website and policies
  • Administer the school's HR and recruitment processes, including managing the Single Central Record and new starter inductions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Liaise with the school's IT support provider and coordinate the school's transport arrangements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an education setting
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management information systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Knowledge of data protection and safeguarding regulations in an educational context
