Job overview

We are currently looking to appoint a School Administrator to join our team in September 2024.

The main purpose of the role is to monitor attendance across the school and manage all aspects of the Old Gatewegians Association (Alumni), as well as providing reception and admin support.

The successful candidate will:

  • be passionate about improving pupil attendance
  • have excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills
  • have experience entering and retrieving data from information systems
  • have an eye for detail
  • be a team player

Hours

Monday - Friday during term time, all staff training and development days and 25 days during the school holidays on a rota basis.

Minimum 30 hours a week, maximum 40 hours a week.

Salary

£24,200 based on 40 hours a week (FTE £28,600). Paid pro rata for part time hours.
