Whitmore High School is an outstanding, inclusive aged 11-18 co-educational community school in Harrow, West London. The Governing Body seek a School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team who will share our vision of excellence, our commitment to collaboration, and our focus on inclusion and meeting the needs of every student.

Whitmore High School prides itself upon enabling every student to succeed. Our students make outstanding progress and achieve exceptionally well, within a respectful environment that celebrates diversity. We use the expertise of our 214 staff and our fantastic facilities and to deliver an inspiring curriculum and to provide a broad range of opportunities for our students to become well-rounded young adults. 

The school is heavily oversubscribed and enjoys strong community support. Our intake of 270 students per year group include students into our two designated SEND provisions (autism and physical disability), and we have a vibrant Sixth Form of 375 students. The school was judged Outstanding in 2015 and our culture of continual learning mean our outcomes have improved further since then.

We are looking for a School Business Manager who will have the highest standards and expectations of everyone within our school community, and will display integrity and empathy. They will be supported in their personal and professional development to contribute positively to Whitmore High School and education within Harrow.

Whitmore High School is a mixed, non-denominational community comprehensive secondary school and sixth form for pupils aged 11-18. It is located in the London Borough of Harrow, and is operated by the local council.

Whitmore was founded in 1974, and has about 1,600 pupils.
