Job overview
We are looking for a School Business Manager on a fixed term basis maternity cover. The Business Manager plays a key role in the school's and Trust's success, partnering with the Principal and senior leadership team to align operational and administrative functions with our vision, values and aspirations. Acting as a critical advisor, they ensure educational programmes effectively utilise operational teams and compliance with legislation and policies is maintained. The role involves leading teams, contractors, and personally delivering in key areas, while contributing to the school development plan and Trust-wide systems. Collaboration with other DOT schools and the Trust Central team ensures high-quality, standardised administrative and operational services, improving efficiency and benchmarking performance.
