Repton Al Barsha is seeking to recruit an outstanding School Counsellor to join the team from August 2025.

The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire and motivate students with a diverse range of talent and ability. A desire and willingness to work with students from Year 7 to Year 13 is essential, along with experience of working with students who have moved onto a variety of international pathways and university destiations. We are looking for a highly committed team player who brings the drive, energy and passion to a senior school with high expectations of attainment and progress.


Please note that whilst this is a term time only position, you must be available to support students during the summer holidays.


About Repton Al Barsha

Repton Al Barsha currently educates students from Nursery (FS1) to Year 11 and will be growing year on year through to Year 13.

We are a well-resourced Apple Distinguished School with exceptional sporting facilities, seeking to achieve the best from every pupil both academically and in extra-curricular activities which is a key aspect of the school program.

Successful candidates will: 

  • Hold Bachelors Degree 
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a school based role as a school counsellor
  • Be at least 24 years old
