Actual Salary: £9,815 - £10,461

plus 2 hours per month funded clinical supervision

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a School Counsellor at Heathside Weybridge. In this role, you will provide one-to-one emotional and therapeutic support to students and, when needed, to staff, helping to nurture a healthy school environment.

Our commitment to mental health and wellbeing is central to our school's ethos. We are proud to have recently been reaccredited with the Wellbeing Award for Schools (December 2023), recognising our dedication to fostering positive wellbeing and a supportive community for both students and staff. Candidates should have:

· experience of counselling in an education setting

· experience liaising with external agencies

Duties will include:

• working closely with the Wellbeing leads and pastoral team

• Promoting positive emotional and mental health

· contributing to the school well-being programme
