We support them academically, socially, and emotionally, wherever they are in the world, wherever they are starting from. And each and every one of our schools is unique too. We protect what is special about them, whilst offering them rich knowledge, opportunities, and the best practices. And they get to be part of something bigger.

We open their classrooms to the collective wisdom of over 100 schools in 16 countries, ensuring every child gets an education that’s, quite literally, world class.

Your role will include travel and working within differing regulatory bodies and curriculums.

Reporting to the Director of Education, Cognita Middle East, you will contribute and be an integral part of the regional education team, supporting the strategic direction for education within the Middle East.

THRIVE IN A RAPIDLY EVOLVING WORLD

Each of our schools is as individual as its students, but we all share one common purpose: to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. We do this by sharing expertise, insights and best practice across our global family – and by collaborating to develop rich learning environments in every school.

We equip young people with the self-belief and international perspective they need to grow, thrive and find their success in a fast-changing world.

Culture of care

Self-assured, resilient and empowered to succeed. These principles represent our ambition for every child in the Cognita family. Our uncompromising culture of care ensures the safety and wellbeing of all children is at the heart of every Cognita school. This includes the security of our learning environments, the emotional wellbeing of our students, the rigorous vetting of our staff, and robust policies, procedures and training in child safeguarding.

Every Cognita school has an independently chaired safeguarding committee and we continually monitor and assess all of our schools to ensure we go above and beyond what is required by regulators
