We are excited to offer an opportunity for the role of School Staff Instructor within our Royal Navy Combined Cadet Force. This role involves working in partnership with the MoD, and operating under the guidance of our Contingent Commander, to support the administrative functions and growth of our cadet programme.
The School Staff Instructor is a rewarding role and the successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting our ethos of raising standards and transforming lives. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the contingent, plan and assist training to create an enriching cadet experience for cadets and adult volunteers. Other responsibilities include planning multiple events ensuring the required level of detail is consistently applied. You will take an active role in raising aspirations of pupils at Outwood Grange Academy.
The working hours for this post is 15 hours (2 days) per week during term time only. This role is partially funded by the MoD, the end date of this post will be linked to this external funding.
