Job overview

Are you currently working with young people in a school or other setting and seeking the next challenge in your career? Would you like to be part of a transformational team at one of the top schools for progress in the country?

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly capable Inclusion Administrator to join our outstanding Inclusion Team and provide outstanding SEND, business and pastoral support to our students, SENCO, Heads of Year and other staff across the school.

We are a large and high performing school that has a relentless focus on high standards in all that we do. We work together to dismantle any barriers to learning and achievement and have a total belief that every student can be successful regardless of their starting point.

This is a non-teaching role, and the successful candidate will be passionate about education, resilient, solution focused and have excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will support the academic achievement and social development of all students and be a highly visible presence around the Inclusion Department and wider school.

Experience of working in a school setting is preferred but not essential as full training and guidance will be provided.

We offer a strong culture of professional development, a fantastic Inclusion support team, and the opportunity to be part of an outstanding school that is community driven.
