THE ROLE:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Senior Administrator to be responsible for the primary transition and mid-year admissions. Duties will include downloading Admission Files from Pupil Services, working with the Admissions Officer and liaising with primary schools through Transition visits, typing of confidential information files for Year Offices and collating all information on Year 7 enrolment forms ensuring the data required is complete, correct and uploaded onto SIMs. You will liaise with the Local Authority regarding mid-year transfer requests and monitor and track pupil numbers on roll and future admissions.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience of working in a school environment or other educational setting and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, be organised, proactive and self-motivated, have the ability to use IT systems and be able to create good relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
