The Heys School, Prestwich, wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate Senior ICT Technician to join our team.

Under the direction of the Headteacher and Trust IT Support Manager you will carry out the professional duties in line with the job profile and in particular to:

  • Providing general IT support to staff and pupils, including preparation, and routine maintenance of resources/equipment.
  • Providing second-line support for ticket escalation.
  • Working with the IT Support Managers on larger Trust-wide projects.


Applicants should be creative and forward thinking and have the drive and motivation to support the further development of the department and the school.

You will be joining a committed team of staff, who work with enthusiastic and positive students, who are keen to learn. The school is on an exciting journey as they work in partnership with The Rowan Learning Trust.

Full training will be provided.
