Are you a proactive, hands-on individual with a passion for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment? Our vibrant school community is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to join our Three Peaks team. 


As a Site Manager you will provide efficient and effective site support to the school including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards set by the school and that heating systems operate optimum efficacy.


Our School

Three Peaks is a Primary Academy serving families from predominately, the Stonydelph and Wilnecote areas of Tamworth. Three Peaks is part of The Creative Education Academies Trust and converted to an academy on December 1st 2014.

Our ideal candidate would:

  • be organised, able to use their initiative and take pride in the academy environment.
  • ensure the school buildings and grounds are well-maintained, clean and secure at all times.
  • oversee contractors carrying out work on site and ensure they are working in line with Trust and Health and Safety policies and practices.
  • maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance and health and safety checks.
  • assist in emergency situations, including out-of-hours call-outs when required.
  • monitor and manage the academy's heating, lighting and security systems.
  • perform minor repairs and maintenance work (e.g. plumbing, carpentry and electrical)
  • manage all aspects of Health and Safety, ensuring the school is fully compliant in the areas of water and fire safety, asbestos management and accident reporting.


Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or above in building maintenance and estates service or equivalent.
  • Full driving license
