Could you become part of a specialised team and help to change the future of many young lives in a positive way?

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual to work with our pastoral and SEND teams. The role will be to support students, with guidance from the Mental Health Lead, aged 11 – 18 with low-level mental health needs. You will encourage and guide students through group mentoring programmes and ensure appropriate referrals to other agencies as necessary.

Suitably qualified, ideally with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, you will support students on a 1:1 through all year groups, including our 6th Form.

Your health and wellbeing are important to us at Myton School with all staff having access to the Westfield Health ‘Healthy Extras’ provision. This includes access to a 24 hour Doctor line, emotional support and counselling, financial advice and debt counselling and specialist information on a wide range of work-life issues.
