Student Mentor

MIAG Education Limited requires mentors to join our existing mentoring team to lead / engage with offsite / onsite activities for children at its location in Shab Hill, Birdlip, Gloucestershire.

MIAG Education Limited is an alternative Learning Provision for children and young people that are not able to manage mainstream education for a variety of reasons. We work with them for a period of time to enable them to either return to their original setting or move on to something new that is more suited to their needs.

MIAG Education Limited is an alternative learning provision which works to engage and reintegrate vulnerable young people back into education settings.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and have a desire to want to support young people through challenging periods and circumstances in their lives.

You will need to be able to follow diligent processes and procedures to the letter.

Candidates will be subject to a DBS enhanced check, must have access to a car during working hours and hold a full UK driving license.

Hours: Monday-Friday. 8am-4pm. More details will be available upon request.
