Treloar’s is a charity which runs one of the UK’s largest specialist education centres for young disabled people to live and learn. Through our school and college, we offer students the opportunity to fully take part in life and achieve their aspirations.

We are looking to add an intuitive multitasker to join the caring and supportive team of Student Progress Coordinators; to work with a select case load, ensuring all notes and reports are kept up to date on Microsoft packages and internal data-bases.

This role will require a meticulous, yet warm approach to all tasks, ensuring that information is share and recorded in a clear and concise manner, while ensuring compliance and sensitivity is maintained.


The ideal candidate will have/are:

  • Relevant level 3 administrative/IT qualifications or equivalent
  • A level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths
  • Experience in dealing with local authority and other professionals
  • The ability to take detailed minutes of meeting
  • A good level of written and spoken English, with the ability to work with external stakeholders
  • Committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of student
  • Tact/Diplomacy and a good sense of humour
