Contract Type: 37 Hours Per Week, 52 Weeks Per Year. Full time, Permanent.  

 

Location: Paignton, Devon 

 

We are recruiting for a T-Level Work Placement Coordinator. The role will coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of industry placements in Technology (Automotive, Engineering & Marine) and support with the continued development of T Levels qualifications.  This will include close working with College staff, students and employers to set up and implement the systems and processes to meet the expectations set out by DfE and ESFA in relation to industry placements and T Levels. 

 

The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills to maintain and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You must also be a good motivator to support students to develop the behaviours and attitudes they need to succeed in their respective sectors, for example, through sharing of experience, masterclasses, guest speakers and working with individual students.
