Job overview
An enthusiastic and experienced Biology teacher is required for January 2025 to help a successful and thriving department.
You will plan, prepare and deliver well-planned, engaging and challenging Biology lessons to students from across the school, facilitating development and helping our students to meet their learning outcomes. You will also act as an academic tutor to a small group of pupils, carrying out regular 1:1 tutorials.
We are looking for an innovative and inspiring teacher who is able to teach at all levels, from age 13-18. Experience of teaching IB is useful but not essential. You will also demonstrate a willingness to participate fully in the life of the school.
St Edward’s has its own salary scale and benefits; accommodation in North Oxford may be available. This is a temporary role for one to possibly two terms.
