How are staff supported?

All staff are supported in both their career progression and aspirations, from tailored CPD to coaching and mentoring programmes, and also with their wellbeing.

We have a dedicated wellbeing team and a number of mental health 1st aiders on site who can support and signpost staff to various organisations.

Our enhanced Employee Assistance Programme provides 8 sessions of online or face to face support for counselling and CBT for both you and your family members over 16.

We also have a staff discount and reward scheme offering savings in shopping, cinema and days out.

We like our staff to look after their physical health too and are part of the Liverpool City Council Lifestyles Corporate Membership scheme.
