Tolworth Girls' School & Sixth Form is a World Class School with high expectations, encouraging our students to be aspirational with their learning and to enjoy all aspects of school life. We are looking to appoint an engaging and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join our highly effective Faculty.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and talented teacher of Maths to start with us in January 2025. This post offers an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified and talented teacher, to work within an innovative and successful Maths, Business & ICT team. We have a stable, well-staffed and high-performing Maths team which built on a continually improving performance by delivering the school’s best-ever GCSE Maths outcomes in 2024. The Maths department works together closely to constantly develop its approach to teaching Maths and we welcome teachers who want to build a passion for Maths amongst our students.  

Our ideal candidate will be a committed practitioner who shares our vision ‘Let your light so shine – Be the best you can be’. We are very proud of the popularity of A Level Maths in our Sixth Form and are also looking to grow the uptake of Further Maths at A Level. We welcome candidates who are interested in teaching at KS5 or have an interest in teaching a second, Maths-related subject.
