Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Learning Mentor with a passion for working with young people of all abilities and the talent to support students to achieve outstanding results.
Teaching Assistants / Learning Mentors (TALM) work both in and out of the classroom with individuals or small groups of students with a broad range of educational needs. The role of a TALM is integral to support students across the school to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar setting. You will be able demonstrate knowledge to assist with the development and implementation of Learning Plans effectively.
