Bickley Park School are seeking to recruit a temporary, experienced Teaching Assistant to support access to learning for pupils and provide general assistance to the teacher in the management of pupils.

Teaching Assistants are responsible for supporting effective pastoral care to support pupils' social and emotional progress as well as their learning. They are also required to contribute and be involved in extracurricular activities and the wider life of the school community.

Previous experience of working with children as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role is essential.

This role is to commence 01 September 2024 and is initially for a fixed term period with the possibility of a permanent position.

This role requires someone who is able to support children’s learning across a range of settings and lessons. These may include Outdoor learning, Forest School sessions and swimming lessons.
