Outwood Academy Hasland Hall is excited to offer an opportunity to work in our high performing Teaching Assistant team. We pride ourselves in ensuring barriers to learning are overcome and offer opportunities for our students to experience success and improve life chances. In this role you will work closely with the SENDCO, additional Inclusion staff and wider teams to support the learning and progress of students. This position will enable you to work with the amazing young people in our setting and feel part of the Outwood trust.

We are looking for an individual who has high aspirations for students, who is committed, and passionate about learning, who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’.

The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
