About the role:
This is a new, exciting role, with the opportunity to work centrally for the Trust across all secondary schools. You will work alongside the CEO and Director of Secondary Education, supporting our secondary schools and leaders with best practice, quality assurance and development. You will have joint accountability, alongside Heads of Faculty, for subject performance, improvement attainment and progress in Maths.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Delivering intervention programmes across Trust Schools to support student targets
- Designing curriculum plans
- Line management of the Trusts Maths Excellence Lead
- Participating, planning and delivering in-service training
- Raising student aspirations at all levels
- Meeting with Key Trust Staff regularly regarding practices, support and strategies.

Work Schedule:
Permanent, Full time (Part-time of 0.8 would be considered).
This role will be split between being based in one school (eg; 0.3), and across the trust in all secondary schools (eg; 0.7)
