Job Description

TRUST VICE PRINCIPAL - BEHAVIOUR, ATTITUDES AND ATTENDANCE

Hours: Full time

You will be an experienced leader with a track record of sustained impact and influence in relation to the Behaviour, Attitudes and Attendance areas of the Ofsted framework. You will demonstrate a solid understanding and impact in the formulation and implementation of strategy, evidenced by sustained and significant school-wide improvement.

This role demands exceptional people skills due to the requirement to work within any of our academies across the Trust as directed by the ICEO, to fulfil long term periods of deployment where capacity is required.

All post-holders at White Rose Academies Trust are responsible for improving the outcomes for learners and upholding the ethos of the academies. Keeping Children Safe in Education and the guidance for Safer Working Practices directs the work of every adult working at or associated with White Rose Academies Trust.
