As our UK Sales/Admissions and PR Coordinator, you will play a key role in increasing student enrollment, strengthening our brand, and enhancing our public relations. Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Admissions:

  • Generate sales
  • Manage the entire admissions process for UK students, from initial inquiry to enrolment.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and their families, offering clear and engaging information about our programs, admissions criteria, and campus life.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate applications to ensure prospective students are a great fit for our school.
  • Organise and participate in admissions events such as open days and school visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and report on key metrics.

Marketing and Public Relations:

  • Develop and implement compelling marketing strategies to boost our school's visibility in the UK market .
  • Create and manage content for our website, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Develop eye-catching promotional materials, including, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring alignment with our brand and messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum impact.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure regular and consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide innovative recommendations for enhancing our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
