Contract type: Permanent

Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)

Salary information: Scale 5, £25,248 - £26,431 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (for 2 days), 8:30am - 4:00pm (for 3 days) with half an hour lunch break

Start date: Early - Mid December 2024 

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and supportive member of staff to join our team. Cherry Lane Primary School is a vibrant, warm and caring school.

We are looking for a professional person who:

  • Is responsible for the welfare and first aid care of our pupils.
  • Is responsible monitoring pupil attendance and administering our associated procedures. 
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, parents and outside agencies.
  • Is a confident administrator with good IT skills (Word, Excel) and able to carry out a variety of tasks.
  • Has a willingness to contribute to the overall ethos and aims of our school.

You will be joining a friendly team who work hard and value people. We offer support and professional development for all staff.
