This is an explanation of the 3 types of verbs in the present tense with an example of each. There is also a second sheet with a table on for them to complete as and when they find a new verb.
This can be used in conjunction with voila book 1 page 109 or adapted to suit. The basic stem of using je vais and nous allons plus an extended writing piece that shows the National Curriculum levels from 2-5 and how pupils will achieve them.
A couple of activities used with the verb jouer at National Curriculum level 2. Pupils are given the opportunity to write NC level 3 sentences by adding opinions. For use with voila 1 unit 5 but can be adapted.
