Human Bingo
Game where pupils have to interview people in the class and find someone who is allowed to do all the things mentioned on the list. It is part of the family relationship topic and aims to get pupils understanding and talking about what they are allowed to do or not. Is part of the Streitthema Notebook I uploaded.
Crime and Punishment
Pupils have to read the scenarios and decide how they would punish their child if they were parents. Pupils found this entertaining and the level of language is suitable for Higher.
Streitthema
This Notebook covers common reasons teenagers fight with their parents, reflexive verbs, verb endings, revision of darf/muss and subordinate word order and the subjunctive. Some games thrown in for good measure which can be accessed if you have an Activiscope account. KS3 German Family and Friends
Powerpoint introduces basic and more advanced vocabulary for family members. Worksheet on siblings given as homework, but could be used anytime.

Using Simpson family. Activity 2 - to see if pupils recognise the vocabulary as masculine or feminine.
KS4 German: Smoking 'pro' and contra
Basic introduction of arguments why people would smoke or not supported by visuals, so pupils can guess the reason. Class questionnaire included.
KS3 German days of week, months, season, birthdays
Notebook covering all of the above with activities and celebrity birthday trivia (current). Went down well with pupils.
Man kann unjumble
Pupils have 25 seconds to unjumble the sentence fragments to give sentences using 'Mann kann&' to say what there is to do in their town/home area.
