This is a template to create your own battleship war game in French, you’ll have to edit it so that you have either the beginning of a sentence in the columns and the end on the rows or it can work as well with conjugation of verbs.
Perfect to play with Ks3 students when you want to practice a bit of speaking and make it fun at the same time.
Perfect as a revision, or a starter, you can change the categories, this is the ones I use most of the time. You could even create one topic related, I had one done for the school topic. Then on the day, you select at random a letter of the alphabet.
Can be done in lesson with access to dictionaries to help weaker students.

Perfect to start on the topic of the environment, especially with classes that could struggle with the topic, make them reflect on since when has it been a problem and why is it still a problem.
