<p><strong>Colourful and concise explanation of the physiological changes that occur when the fight/flight system is triggered as a stress response.</strong></p> <p><strong>Key terms are explained and made accessible to students using a flow diagram and symbols for visual aid.</strong></p> <p><strong>Visual comparison of the effects of short-term and long-term stress to aid students’ understanding of the physiological impacts of acute/chronic stress.</strong></p> <p>I project these infographs and use these instead of a power point, zooming in and explaining key components to the students to ensure their understanding of the entire system as well as its constituent parts. They have given excellent feedback for this method.</p>
