<p>This resource is chapter 4 of The Twits book looking at using adjectives and similes to describe Mrs Twit’s character.<br /> It is a PowerPoint and can be amended accordingly.</p>

<p>The Twits Chapters 5 and 6 focus on structure of a story and using this to be able to identify how to create your own story.<br /> Speech is also explored in this lesson.</p>

<p>The Twits Chapter 7 looks at how students can use the structure from the previous lesson and using speech to understand the structure and relate it to real life. Students to their own mischief tricks using language skills.<br /> They will then move on to suffixes.</p>

<p>The Twits chapter 8 focusses on command words and how to write a set of instructions focusing on different imperative verbs to use.</p>

<p>The Twits chapter 9 focusses on character viewepoints and understanding what recounts are from different character perspectives.</p>

<p>The Twits chapter 10 focusses on co-ordinating conjunctions using chapter 10 of the book. There are basic activities for the students to complete.</p>
