10 netball drills. These focus on a mix of passing, moving, obstruction, teamwork, communication, obstruction, reaction time, footwork, positioning and control. Used in secondary school PE lessons but can be used for younger ages.

7 rugby drills. These include passing, movement, communication, reaction time, beginner tackling, agility and teamwork. Used in secondary PE lessons from year 7 upwards. Can adapt the drills based on age and ability.
6 tennis drills. Includes grip, the playing court, control, forehand, backhand, accuracy, teamwork, communication and scoring. Used in secondary school PE lessons but can be used for any age for beginners.
7 rounders drills. These include batting, fielding, bowling, throwing (under and over arm), catching, teamwork, communication, reaction time and positioning. These are used in secondary PE lessons but can be used at any age for beginners.
11 hockey drills. Includes dribbling, shooting, passing, moving, ball control, defending, coordination, teamwork and agility. Used for secondary school PE lessons.
12 gymnastics drills. These drills include warm-ups, tuck, straddle, pike, jumping and landing (springboard), handstands (high blocks), cartwheels (floor markers and benches), round-offs (high blocks, mats, springboard), somersaults (trampoline, belts), rolls (incline mats) and traveling. In brackets are equipment you can use if available. These drills are used in secondary PE lessons but can be used for any age for beginners.
