Co-ordinates to be in center of room, students have a co-ordinate map.

Students collect one co-ordinate at a time and associate it to a movement type i.e travel. They then add this to their sequence

Assign each ‘house’ to a movement

The pack of cards go in a pile in the center of the room, in groups students run into the middle and take a card back to their team and complete the movement. E.g Hearts = Squats, students pick up the 6 of hearts, they complete 6 squats with their team.

Joker can equal a movement that is harder I.e 1 lap of the room

Team with the most cards when the pack runs out wins

I have used this resource for end of block hockey lessons for students to self and peer assess. Can be used by non-participants or pauses in play can be provided for those playing to tick off the skills themselves.
