<p>This is a KS3 lesson introducing the concept of Ecumenical Councils in the Catholic Church. It has differentiated and challenge tasks included and worksheets available. <p>Advent activities based around four passages of scripture (below). Each one has the scripture, a reflection and an activity to complete. These could be used in class, or set up as prayer stations around the room for a chaplaincy activity or retreat day task. <p>A KS3 lesson on the difficulties of following the Decalogue/Ten Commandments today, with a particular focus on truth and social media. Tasks include: debate on whether ‘social media undermines the truth’ with Youtube video and arguments, analysis of Catechism teaching on the issue and plenaries built in.</p>
