Really a Sixth Form S1 lesson on Venn Diagrams with supporting questions and note sheet but the basic principle of Venn Diagrams and the lesson could be watered down for lower school work.
Lesson on Circle Theorem's.
Following intro activity on matching up the parts of the circle pupils then investigate 4 angle properties of circles in pairs.
Independent learning to discover the key theorems.
I tend to back this up with interactive resources such as MyMaths, Boardworks, Geometer Sketch Pad so demonstate the angle properties discovered hold.
Worksheet (adapted from a copy provided by my then HoD) can be used to practise the theory.

Revision tool suitable for higher ability GCSE students and for C1. Domino revision activity revising powers, indices and surds! NOTE: Have updated the file to remove deliberate error 28/4/12

Hexagonal puzzle useful as a revision activity or consolidation exercise.
Pupils asked to differentiate implicit functions.
'Harder' puzzle type without the blank borders to eliminate guessing!
NOTE: New file updated without 'deliberate' error 28/4/12
A revision domino puzzle with questions based on vectors of planes, lines, angles, vector product and finding the G.S. of both 1st/2nd O.D.E.
For reference my students study the OCR A-Level syllabus and the questions are therefore based around their requirements.
Please Note: Since 'testing' with my students this is the 2nd version with hopefully any snags now removed!
