<p>These lessons are to support you with the delivery of the 6 life stages. This has been particularly created for the Tech Award Health and Social Care Level 2, but can be easily adapted for Level 3 too. All the lessons have 3 levels of differentiation which include: core, challenge and aspire. There are lots of extension tasks built in too.<br /> The lessons have engaging and relevant videos, interesting tasks and clear information to support students with their learning. The lessons are ready to use and could save you a lot of time!! Below I have highlighted what the lessons include:</p> <ol> <li>Introduction lesson – this lesson tells the students about the course and has a human bingo activity so that they could get to know each other</li> <li>Life stages – this lesson explains what is meant by the word life stages and looks at how people move across each of them</li> <li>PIES – this lesson explains the definition of each of the PIES development and has tasks that help students learn each area</li> <li>Infancy – this lesson is about babies and the development of them between 0 – 2 (lots of tasks and fun videos to watch)</li> <li>Early childhood – this lesson is about children and how they develop between 3 – 8 (this lesson also has a marking activity)</li> <li>Adolescence – this lesson looks at the development of teenagers between 9 – 18 (lots of tasks and fun videos to watch)</li> <li>Early adulthood – this lesson looks at the development of adults between 19 – 45 (this lesson also has a marking activity)</li> <li>Middle adulthood - this lesson looks at the development of adults between 45 – 65 (lots of tasks and fun videos to watch, there is also a marking activity)</li> <li>Late adulthood - this lesson looks at the development of adults between 65+ (lots of tasks and fun videos to watch)</li> </ol>
