IB style French Ab Initio Paper 2 (listening) based on the topics ‘Christmas’ and ‘Technology’, along with the answer key and the video sources.

This is a fun activity for students. I used this as a 'Treasure Hunt&'. I kept each independent math problem on the boards that are assigned to different subjects. Once the students figured out the solution and found the subject they had to put together some alphabet stickers and form the subject name in French. Then they went to the subject board, pinned this French subject name on it and found the next clue (math problem) that led them to the next subject board. If these instructions aren&';t very clear, feel free to send me a message. This activity was a big success with my Grade 8 students.

These are two books describing a ‘house’ in simple sentences; Belle for the girls and Ben10 for the boys. The books can be used for colouring as well.

These are again books to learn about daily routine in simple sentences, with a students' book so they can write and draw their routine. Also a worksheet to practice the sentences.
This is a daily dairy prepared by my student (Grade 9) adapting the theme from 'Diary of a wimpy kid&'. Although there are several errors, it is a good read. You can read it out loud in class and award students points for correcting the error as they read - worked well in my class and now we&';ve finally conquered Passé Composé!
