1. Multiplication and Division (2): comparing statements lesson pack (Y3)

This ready-to-use, top quality set of resources allows teachers to easily teach the Year 3 Maths topic of comparing statements to a mixed ability class.
This lesson links well with White Rose Maths – Multiplication and Division (Spring Block). It forms part of a series of lessons on multiplication and division which include coverage of the objectives:
• Recall and use multiplication and division facts for the 3, 4 and 8 multiplication tables
• Write and calculate mathematical statement for multiplication and division using the multiplication tables they know, including for two-digit numbers times one-digit numbers, using mental and progressing to formal written methods
• Solve problems, including missing number problems, involving multiplication and division, including positive integer scaling problems and correspondence problems in which n objects are connected to m objects
