2022 GCSE Science Revision Session Overview

AQA GCSE Chemistry Paper 1 Revision Sessions for 2022

A set of revision sessions suitable for Chemistry Paper 1 in 2022. This bundle contains revision sessions for: 1. Formation of Ionic Bonds 2. States of Matter 3. Properties of Metals 4. Making Salts RP 5. pH and Neutralisation 6. Electrolysis 7. Investigating Temperature Change RP For each revision session there is a PowerPoint and sheet to be completed. I usually print these sheets out double sided on A3. Structure of the Revision Session: The structure of my revision sessions is pretty consistent. In a typical revision session there is: • A starter task which summarises the key questions of the revision session. • Core information to support learning around LO1 • Tasks and/or exam question practice for LO1 • This is then repeated for LO2 and LO3 • A plenary task in which students revisit the starting key questions and make improvements. • Answers are modelled throughout Sample Revision Lesson As a sample of what is expected in one of my revision sessions I have uploaded a revision session on making salts.
