Made specifically for the OCR A Level specification, these posters give a new creative approach to the course. This pack of posters is designed surrounding the ‘video game’ element of the course, focusing specifically upon the **Minecraft **case study.
Within this pack, there are 7 posters in total. They are segmented into the different elements if the industry and audience topics, such as regulation etc. The posters begin within an introduction to the video game industry, then leading into to the specific subtopics within the industry and audience topics. Throughout all of the posters, there are a lot of facts, that students may struggle to otherwise learn, or utilise within an exam environment (usually sue to not knowing how to apply knowledge to a specific subtopic).
All the notes are made on InDesign, constructing a creative approach to learning. The posters are designed with a unique Minecraft design, with a green background, and cartoons of the different characters. Moreover, the important pieces of information, such a facts and stats are emboldened, thus making the key points easy to remember within revision, or standout within a poster display.
Within my experience of tutoring, many students that take media are more creative than academic, therefore, require a different approach to learning. These posters are thereby key to a visual learners success!
