Our mindful monthly planner and diary has been designed to be suitable for children who need a bit of space to write in, the A4 design gives the line spacing plenty of room for young people to write in.
There are 12 monthly planning pages to write down any monthly goals, dates to remember and important notes.

The rest of the pages are free for your young person to write in when they want to. There are no dates in the diary, so it doesn’t matter if they miss days, meaning they can fill it up without blank spaces and missing dates. The diary is 100 pages, with 84 writing pages (examples in the photos) every other page has a mindful quote, mindful question, breathing technique, health focus, or mindful reflection to support and encourage mindful thinking and mindful living.

Writing down and thoughts or feelings, or just clearing the busy mind can help young people to get any thoughts out of their minds and is a fantastic mindful strategy to organise and break down any thoughts that may be building up in the mind, learn how to express and thoughts or feelings, move on from the day or note a memory that is a happy one as well as improve the memory, give some time out and practice writing skills.

This diary design was created because of my daughter. Firstly I created a mindful weekly planner as I love to plan and feel organised (this is also available for young people who feel the same), whereas my daughter just loves to write freely when she wants to and doesn’t like writing lists and planning… we are all different and I hope that either the dairy or planner will be suitable for your young person at home or for pupils in school.
