Students match bar model to an equation.

These algebra bar model dominoes/ loop cards help develop understanding in students who are new to algebra by bridging the gap between concrete and abstract. Covers additions, subtraction, multiplication and division.

There are 30 cards in totals. They can be used for a whole class loop task - i.e. they have to line up in a loop with each bar model next to a matching number sentence - or students can also create the loop individually or in pairs.

As an extension students can also solve the 1-step equations.
