All Summer in a Day by Ray Bradbury Figurative Language Chart. During reading or after reading the short story, have your students look for examples of figurative language, such as metaphors, similes, and personification, and write them down on the graphic organizer. Goes along well with my PowerPoint on All Summer in a Day, but can be used without it.
