This engaging and original anti-bullying week assembly is designed to be used in primary schools. It is both informative and thought-provoking and covers:
-What bullying is;
-Why we have anti-bullying week;
-How we are all different and that difference is a good thing;
-Why people bully others;
-How bullying can be addressed/ tackled.

The slides are visually-engaging and well-presented, and the subject matter is tailored to the interests and needs of young people. It includes links to well-chosen videos to emphasise/ reinforce key points, in addition to song suggestions for entrance and exit music.

There is enough here for a 30 minute assembly (it is 20 slides long), but of course you can cut bits out/ tailor to your own individual needs. No further resources are required, everything that you need to present the assembly is included. This includes the resources needed for an interactive section of the assembly utilising volunteers (which highlights our similarities and differences).

Hope that you find this useful!

A nice assembly that breaks down some of the key facts about bullying. It gives the children lots to think about. Thanks!
