A truly vast PowerPoint for use with aqa chemistry/trilogy chemistry (8462/8464).
Intended to help teachers new to the 9-1 aqa chemistry course get through the first few chapters of the new course: ideally you would read through the relevant slides, and cut and paste as necessary to help build your own lessons to save time on planning at the most stressful time of the year. Some parts are just text: you may wish to source your own images.
- Covers just about everything in the first four chapters in excruciating detail
- Contains loads of practice questions with model answers
- High context language for EAL learners
- Written with grade 9 and A-level in mind
(See about page for more information)
This collates the other 2 PowerPoints on my profile, with a few minor corrections, so you only need download this one (older computers may struggle to load this).
Note: as this constitutes my parting gift to UK teaching, it is unlikely to be updated further, but if you find any glaring errors, leave a comment and I will fix them. I hope you find this free document useful.
