A review of protein and carbohydrate and DNA structure with a knowledge question grid to start, food test info to order, detailed look at starch and cellulose and what comes up on mark schemes and ending with a taboo activity. The lesson is a revision lesson and ideally pupils would have white boards to complete some of the activities. The starter grid of questions could be printed off and pupils could circulate the class finding answers from other people. the taboo at the end should be printed and cut in half so that one half of a pair has one list and the other has the other list.
