These are the notes that I made in the 2017/18 academic year, following the NEW AQA curriculum for A-Level geography.
These notes are summarised mainly from the AQA textbook.
The resource contains:
- A main resource that contains the content covered in the coasts module. This includes ‘mini’ case studies that are applicable to specific areas of the topic.
- A case study of a coastal environment in the UK (Pevensey Bay) which encourages students to pick out key information and case-specific detail
- A case study of a coastal environment outside of the UK (the Sundarbans mangrove forest, Bangladesh), again made for students to pick out key information and CSD.
- A glossary of important key words that can be found in the main resource.
This resource is not a comprehensive cover of the coast module, however it can be used as a good starting point or support for concept consolidation.
Please support me by liking the resource or leaving a review!
Many thanks,
Sam
EDIT 03/06/20: the main resource has been updated to include a title page and table of contents.
