I’m afraid the quality of this download is appalling and cannot be read. Some text is printed over text making it illegible. Also, inaccurate information. Eg question 2- the negative language is NOT about winter at all- it’s about the summer. Please either send me a decent copy or reimburse my money. Very disappointed.
